Terms and Conditions of Membership.

• Membership Benefits

  • Memberships provide access to the programs, events, and resources outlined at the time of purchase.

  • Benefits are non-transferable and applicable only to the named family or caregiver.
     

• Membership Validity

  • Yearly memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Seasonal memberships are valid for the specified season as indicated at purchase.

  • Memberships must be renewed before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted access to benefits.
     

• Sign-In Requirement

  • Members must sign in at reception each time they visit The Family Place.

  • Accurate sign-in ensures a safe and efficient environment and helps us maintain compliance with occupancy limits and program planning.
     

• Code of Conduct

  • Members must adhere to The Family Place’s Code of Conduct, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.

  • Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
     

• Payment and Refund Policy

  • All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • The Family Place reserves the right to modify membership pricing with advance notice.
     

• Use of Facilities

  • Members are responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times during visits.

  • Facilities must be used in accordance with posted guidelines and safety regulations.
     

• Health and Safety

  • Members are required to follow all health and safety protocols, including peanut/nut-free policies in the snack area.

  • The Family Place reserves the right to implement additional measures as needed to ensure community well-being.
     

• Liability

  • The Family Place is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during visits.

  • Participation in activities is at the member's own risk.
     

• Termination of Membership

  • Memberships may be terminated if terms and conditions are violated.

  • In cases of unforeseen closure of The Family Place, alternative arrangements may be offered at management’s discretion.
     

• Communication

  • Members agree to receive updates and communication from The Family Place regarding programs, events, and operational changes.
     

• Amendments

  • The Family Place reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes.
